When you sign in, there will be a menu bar on the left side of the screen that contains links including "Add a New Property" and "Manage Properties." Follow the "Add a New Property" link to be brought to a page where you can choose which kind of property you are adding. When you are done, follow either the "Manage Properties" link or click on the tab in the top menu bar that says "Properties" in order to display your current properties.

Every property has profile in which you can view or edit its information, see tenants occupying the property, see what upcoming rent payments exist, and see damage reports for that property.
