There is now the option to have automated emails sent to your tenants to remind them of upcoming or late payments. You can choose these options while adding a tenant or editing their profile. Without a tenant's email address, these options will not work.

A sample of what one of these emails will look like is as follows:

Dear John Smith,

This is a friendly reminder from rentiseasy.com that you have an upcoming rent payment of $550.00 due on October 5, 2009. If you have already submitted this payment, please disregard this message. If you have questions regarding your payments, please contact your landlord.
